Update # help readers identify if the thread has been recently updated by tracking the update number, with every new addition to the thread the update number will be increased If so I recommend a complete re-read as some things in other chapters were likely to have been changed.
What started as an expedition to prove that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi has indeed yielded shocking and disappointing results. I can now say without a doubt that Sasuke infact Does Not possess the ability to use Tsukuyomi. The below will be my findings
Here is the first scan and the main scan that led me to believe Sasuke had Tsukuyomi. Itachi has been seen closing one of his respective eyes when using an MS ability, so to see Sasuke doing the same to cast this genjutsu led me to believe that he was using Tsukuyomi. But here is the rub:
I went back to check his fight with Danzo to see if he closed an eye when casting a genjutsu against Danzo and to my surprise both eyes were open, but even more his LEFT eye was bleeding!! Could he be using Tsukuyomi with his left eye? This was a false alert though as it was bleeding from him using Amaterasu earlier. [
1) He doesnt have to close his eye's to use Tsukuyomi
2) He chose to use a genjutsu against Danzo instead of Tsukuyomi
3) He did not have Tsukuyomi at that time.
The problem with #1 was that this makes the first scan, that lead me to believe he had Tsukuyomi, non-conclusive.
The problem with #2 was that given that at this point he did not know about Izangi it would have been a good move to use Tsukuyomi. Perhaps he was merely being catious and preserving Chakra? But I disgress...
The problem with #3 is that like #1 it makes all scans of him using Tsukuyomi prior to Danzo's fight non-conclusive.

Second Use of Tsukuyomi
This was suppose to be the closer to put the kibosh on any further speculation.
Now the most deceptive part about this was that the manga zooms in on Sasuke right eye once again as he is casting said illusion. And as the idea goes, Amaterasu in Sasuke's left eye, Tsukuyomi in his right , so the manga zooming into his right eye as he is casting this genjutsu, much like the first scan I showed earlier, hinted towards Sasuke using Tsukuyomi, not to mention that he activated MS before using the genjutsu. (Scan #1 he has 3 tomie, Scan #2 he has MS) This paired with the Anime where it shows him activating it was suppose to clinche everything up!
But this lead me to another scan, one that made my stomach drop when I saw it...
Right eye to use Amaterasu!
Here we see him activating his right Eye's MS, then putting out the Amaterasu, then grabbing his right eye and panting. This threw me for a loop, is it possible that the right eye controls Amaterasu? I had to be sure, so I checked something else.
You will notice that his left eye, the one that uses Amaterasu, has already been forced close from his over use of Amaterasu. The only thing he could use is his right Eye, and with that we pretty much see him use it to use Enton - Kagutsuchi. (Blaze Release: Fire Control)
Here is another example of Sasuke using Kagutsuchi with his right eye, also in this scan his left eye is close, reminiscent of when one of Itachi's eyes were closed when he used MS abilities:

This shows that Tsukuyomi isnt some kind of base jutsu that all Uchiha are capable of using, rather it is a specific MS ability accessible to only Itachi, the assumption was that Sasuke could use it too being his brother, but as we can see...

Is Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi required for Susan'o
I dont know where people get this idea, I think it may be from an extremely outdated databook, you know back when their were only 2 Uchiha alive and we still thought Tobi and The Masked Man were 2 different people...
Eitherway using some recent scans I have debunked this:
Itachi states that his Susan'o was unlocked along with Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi and not because of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. This shows that the 3 are mutually exclusive and one does not rely on the other.
Sasuke states that it is an ability that only those who control [2] Mangekyou Sharingans can use.

Conclusion
I would like to give an official apology to anyone I argued against saying that Sasuke did infact have Tsukuyomi. Then again if you guys had made better arguments I wouldnt be finding this out so late x__x...
Either-way the facts speak for themselves, as of today I do not believe Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi, I believe in his Left eye he has Amaterasu and in his Right eye he has Kagutsuchi. (Fire Control). Now it is still possible by some stretch of the imagination to believe that Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi, but until Kishi gives me more to go on I have to reserve judgement.
