What it has to do is people are complaining about him having KCM and don't realize you actually are stuck in a battle with what you sealed therefore giving him 16 years to tame it. and cmon why bring up tobi nowhere in this thread has he even been mentioned

Naruto takes that appearance because of yang chakra not because he's a Jin minato only has as much yang as naruto does in kcm
