Sasuke isn't getting anything anywhere near as strong as ninjutsu nullification any time soon, or ever, if Kishimoto has any sense. EMS is the pinnacle Sasuke has reached, but he hasn't shown the new abilities of this new Sharingan, just his old moves with no eye degradation. Seeing him control Amaterasu likehe does Chidori was cool, but nowhere enar the best of the EMS.

Tobirama said that Obito dark and light create a nullifying jutsu against other jutsu.Kishimoto mention something about dark and light with EMS Sasuke reveal.Sasuke could have yin and yang release (dark and light) there could a potential for him to perform the nullifying jutsu
