Shouldn't Jugo be able to fight Obito?

Thinking back a little bit, Jugo's transformation is Senjutsu. He has to gather natural energy in order to transform. Jugo is from a clan of Sages. This is the reason why Orochimaru wanted to use him. He wanted to harvest his Senjutsu to increase his test subjects power. He later used it on all of his followers, killing most of them. Jugo's harvesting of natural energy is how he is also able to talk to animals having them to do recon for him.

My question to all is; Shouldn't Jugo be able to fight along side Naruto in Sage mode against Obito?

Good point, he should be able to cause him some damage thanks to his senjutsu but he doesn't have the speed to match up with Obito.

Edit: If Tobirama teleports Juugo the same way he's doing to Naruto then imo it should go well.

That obito got hit by naruto doesn't mean that juugo stands a chance against him. One chakra arm should take good care of juugo. You underestimate obito so much

I dont think so he is that strong to take obito on

I would say Orochimaru instead of Kabuto now that he has a sturdy body.

He should, but that merging saved Sasuke's life.
