You know it's true. Sasuke's entire life at that point was dedicated to killing Itachi. He would have used it then if he had it.

because his 1st time seeing sage mode was against kabuto and he didnt say much about it just because sage mode is the only way to hit obito doesnt mean kishi will give sage mode to every character
