I don't think it means that the Juubi is made out of natural energy, but everything is made out of natural energy. A human being is also composed of natural energy, but just has its own chakraquantity in them. Human being are measurable, the Juubi contained of so much natural energy that it was unmeasurable.

If, howver, it does only exist out of natural energy like some normal water or so, then how could Obito become its jinchuuriki? Wouldn't that be the same effect like when Naruto was learning Senjutsu with the toad oil? Obito has never used natural chakra before, so howcome it could control it then after a while? That's like a first try of mastering senjutsu then. And if the juubi consists of natural chakra, shouldn't he also can use some natural chakra for his own good then?

The younger inherited the physical but not spiritual and the older inherited the spiritual but not physical of the sage;obito is both so is madara
Nature energy boosts chakra and makes a more powerful form of chakra and obito and madara planned on boosting the rinnegan to the ultimate level with juubis power
The sages chakra was probably the only chakra to handle the juubis nature energy

I agree with you fot the most part but i think the reason lie yo aid he mastered senjutsu so easily is because like

as for why why obito become its jinchuuriki is because he is controlling it and not really becoming apart of it or

And i dont think Obito knows how to use the natural energy because he just got it just like the rinnegan he got doesnt mean he is very skilled at using it or know all the techs.
