Sasuke has Sage Chakra

During the fight with Bee, Jugo(who is all sage chakra) merged himself with Sasuke to save him. Sasuke's entire chest is made of Jugo's DNA which is sage chakra. Shouldnt Sasuke be able to use it or already have his chakra in sync with the sage chakra?

No, Sasuke was only compatible with Juugo's DNA or Curse Mark. It does not necessarily means he was able to use or have Senjutsu.

Some people need to go and read back over the manga absorbing nature energy is one thing molding it together with your spiritual energy and physical energy in perfect balance that's how you get sage jutsu chakra..... People from jugo's clan bodies are able to absorb this nature energy but they can't control it thus they go wild... Do make it care jugo used his ability to repair sasuke's body so I think he might be able to absorb nature energy but absorbing it is not enough to use sage mode are use sage jutsu chakra.
