You have a very good point here. That's why they call it the Sage Mode because it was created by the Sage of Six Paths. What if there are 6 type of sage modes.

The MANGA, and NARUTO, and KURAMA, clearly stated that the Juubi was Nature Chakra.
The assumption that is was the source of all chakra was a theory coming from one of the CHARACTERS. Do you know that characters can be wrong sometimes? They were merely speaking of legend, no character other then the Sage himself truly knew the Juubi's true nature. Not even the tailed beasts themselves knew, they were created from it after all.
But thanks to this frame, we finally know.

Simply by this one bit of information on the latest chapter, I think I've uncovered something.

I think everyone had always wondered how the Sage had defeated the Juubi. Everyone always stated that it was simply because of his powerful sealing techniques. But throughout the manga, we've constantly learnt that you can't just seal something. Especially in the case of a bijuu, you have to weaken it.
How did the Sage weaken the Juubi? He didn't suddenly become powerful, no. He needed a way to weaken it, and so through some means, he created Senjutsu.
Bottom line, Senjutsu's real purpose and reason of creation was to defeat the Juubi. It was obvious the Sage was the one who created it, but we never really knew why. The only reason Senjutsu is the only thing that works on Obito right now is because Obito is covered in the Juubi's power.
Look at the facts that we know:
1) Physical and Spirit chakra come from the mind and body of a ninja
2) Nature chakra, on the other hand, comes from nature.
3) Nature chakra is more powerful and more dangerous than "normal" ninja chakra, and to use it must be kept in perfect balance with the other chakra types.
4) The 9 Bijuu had normal yin/yang (physical and spiritual) chakra. But when they are combined together, the Juubi has nature chakra only. This suggests that "normal" chakra types (physical and spiritual, with different elemental affinities) are just small portions of nature chakra.
5) Sage mode works by absorbing nature chakra by sitting still and by balancing it with normal physical and spiritual chakras. Since Nature chakra is so powerful, only a person with naturally deep chakra reserves can absorb enough of it to use it.
6) The Juubi is 100% nature chakra, and only Naruto can sense it because of his sage mode training (Orochimaru may be able to as well).
7) The Juubi's power, because it's nature chakra and nature chakra is more powerful than normal chakras, allows Obito to cancel ninjutsu. It doesn't matter exactly how this works (does the nature chakra absorb the ninjutsu chakra? Does it simply overpower the ninjutsu? Does it counter-act with equal+opposite and cancel it completely?).
8) Because the Juubi's power is nature chakra, and nature chakra can't cancel nature chakra, Naruto is the only person who can attack without being cancelled.
These facts lead to some interesting possibilities:
1) Naruto gets a boost with the Yin Kyuubi from Minato. This makes his normal chakra levels larger, which means he can absorb more nature chakra to keep it in balance, giving him a sort of "super sage mode". This may be enough to fight Juubito.
2) Naruto has shown an ability to mold chakra into unique forms and give it to other people. If Naruto does this with sage mode chakra, other people (Sasuke) will be able to use it and fight juubito also.
3) We know that it's impossible to absorb nature chakra while moving, because it comes from nature. But the Juubi is a concentrated source. It may be possible for Naruto to absorb nature chakra directly form juubito, making Juubio weaker and naruto stronger as the battle goes longer. This may be the solution for Naruto to gather nature chakra while moving.
Kishi is foreshadowing a lot of different possibilities here. I'm very interested to see where he goes with this.
