But honestly don't think that will happen.... I think Minato will eventualy die, and give his "kurama half" to Naruto, and then... Naruto can unleash Kurama full power!

I think Kishi is implying Minato will get a power up. Showing all Naruto accomplished the way he did and all. I believe Minato will tame the dark half somehow. Although..it's implied that only the good half can be controlled.

It's not infinite it just regenerates faster

well the manga tobirama didn't out right say his arm won't come back, but i think the chakra arms are possible.
