Actually just had the thought.

Back against Bee, Juugo repaired his chest by partially fusing bodies....it is quite plausible his attacks could have a minor standing of afflicting Obito. All Jed have to do is increase his output of attack to make the small damage more apparent.

Also, while they didn't hurt him much...at all...the Amaterasu flames did not disappear instantly like it seems normal ninjutsu should.
