So it is as some people expected, that those toys were once human, still why transforming people into toys? Erasing people's memories? And what's the deal with these weird laws? And the factory being under the Colosseum? Is Dolfamingo using the fighters or something as an ingredient for the artificial DF?

I think the man who is pulling behind the strings is Enel. If you guys don't remember, Enel had a side story that appears on the cover of every chapter. In the cover of

, Enel awoke robots on the moon. The crazy thing is that these robots have personalities, just like the toys we saw in today's chapter. In the cover pages of chapters

, we see Enel discover an ancient glyph of the ancient people who lived on the moon. From what I can see, the glyph shows instructions of how the ancient people were manufacturing the robots.

So I can come to the conclusion that over the 2 year time skip, Enel figured out how to manufacture these robots and somehow wound up in Dressrosa. To even further my points of Enel's return, there have been other hints. Bellamy and DD are highly involved in this arc, these two's first appearances was during Skypiea. Bellamy also mentioned the Golden rod, which was from Skypiea. Dressrosa's fairies, Enel wanted to go to Fairy Vearth. So many hints.

Very interesting, I really enjoyed this chapter.
So as speculated, toys were turn by a fruit user. Also the factory is on the basement of the Colosseum.
As for those laws, Don Flamingo must hide even more than we thought.

Didn't expect Chinjao to cry during the battle like a baby, making that fountains of tears, didn't see that coming from the old geezer and he was all serious on killing Garp's family. I have no idea where the battle will go to.

On the other side at Green-Bit. I hope Zoro come there and join Law.
