In this case the actual Minato died before the piece of minato's chakra in pain arc talked with Naruto.

The chakra from Narutos clones come back to him when they dissolve, transferring everything back to him. Because Minato was dead, that chakra he left inside Naruto had no body to return to, hence why he didn't remember.

I disagree with this "not the real minato" business. Though I see your points. The only thing about that is is that he seems to have some remembrance of it for he was familiar with Narutos chakra upon being Edo tenseied. I don't think his Chakra would be the same from when he was a baby. Especially after bijuu transformation. Even Neji and Kiba noted it to be much different. But I'm psyched to see how Kurama's Yang half will play a part in the plot. Something I've been waiting to have explained since kushina was introduced.

He also didn't recognized Sakura so it must have dis appeared with that Chakra.................
