EDIT: What if Obito wasn't in control yet ? That attack is made of the same substance Obito used on Minato's arm... Being in control or not is irrelevant here.

Tobirama stated his attacks are based on Onmyoudon. So couldn't he have just added the Onmyoudon to his attacks. The standard black things are 4 chakra natures or more mashed together so maybe he can put that 'Onmyoudon' technique in there as well.
