Ino's mind transfer is slow and hard to use at long distances. With hinata's help she wont miss and can do it from afar. He broke it and thats why it broke. Nothing to do with his sharingan or rinnegan.

Shikamaru's shadow possession jutsu would have been a big problem for Sasuke like most ninjas who move their body in order to use their power, but Sasuke like all Uchiha powers come from his eyes which means even if Shikamaru uses the shadow possession jutsu on Sasuke...he would still get on shot by Amaterasu since Sasuke doesn't need to move his body in order to use his Ocular powers(Sharingan)

Lee is by far the fastest Shinobi in Konoha 11, but Sasuke was able to keep with the 4th Railkage(3rd fastest ninja)in his V1 with his 3 tome Sharingan and that's is more than what i can say for Lee's speed....even though Sasuke couldn't keep with the 4th Railkage V2 speed...he still showed the reflexes to put his Enton shield on time with the 4th Railkage using his max speed(V2) and Shunshin no jutsu(Body Flicker Technique)

A Hyuga needs to come close enough in order to turn off a person's Chakra system and Susanoo being made of Chakra doesn't mean they can stop the Susanoo just by touching it...they need go throw the Susanoo with pure force and no Hyuuga has enough force to go throw Ribcage Susanoo let alone any other form of Susanoo.....the Byakugan is like an x-ray which see throw your whole boy in other words it helps a Hyuga see the flow of their opponent's Chakra system then that will help them hit the right places to turn off the system of their Chakra, but since Susanoo is made by the users Chakra then they need to go throw the Susanoo itself and then turn off their Chakra in other words a Hyuga can't do anything against Susanoo or it's weapons.

Amaterasu
There is nothing a Hyuug can do about this Jutsu obviously since you need a great speed like BM Naruto or Minato or the Railkage and those guys are the fastest ninjas to ever live and no Hyuga is nowhere their speed which the mean reason why a Hyuga is useless against just an attack...Amaterasu hits the place where the user's sight is focused on which makes it difficult to dodge...even if a Hyuga was to react fast enough to do Rotation then the Amaterasu will still burn throw the Rotation since it's made of Chakra and kill the person...Amaterasu has shown it can burn through Chakra....an example of this when Sasuke fought the Railkage who had a Bijuu level Chakra and it's still burn through he's armor which was made of a Chakra and when Sasuke used Katon on Itachi and Itachi used the Amaterasu to burn the Katon which also made of Chakra...it other words the Hyugas don't have the speed to dodge Amaterasu and their Rotation is useless since Amaterasu can burn Chakra itself.

Genjutsu
Nothing in the Manga states that Genjusu or Tsukuyomi is useless against a Hyuga so until then they get one-shot with it....Itachi already stated only a bloodline of the Uchiha can hope to break throw Tsukuomi even a Sharingan users like Danzo and Kakashi were caught in Genjutsu without even knowing they were in one...Uchiha Genjutsu are instant especially Itachi's Genjutsu which means you're dead or defeated in that instant you were put under that Genjutsu...closing your eyes is even more useless since you can't use your Byakugan and will be too blind to fight a powerful foe.
