Well, the first thing Naruto should do is summon Ma and Pa. From there on, he can control the fight. Itachi has no defence but Susanoo against the inevitable Boss Toad attacks.

]. His frog kata will be dangerous I will admit due to him not having to make direct contact with the opponent but Itachi's fighting style resolves around the use of crow clones. No doubt naruto will fall victim to crow feints due to itachi being superior in hand seal speed.

Sm should be able to evade Amaterasu due his sensing abilities similar to how Obito did against Ems sasuke but Naruto doesnt know which eye contains Amaterasu. For all he knows Itachi can prepping a tysukuyomi so that alone give Naruto trouble in regards to how he will know which eye contains amaterasu and if he should be on the defense against it.

If this is a straight forward 1 vs 1 fight than Itachi can take this. But Im afraid boss summons may overwhelm him.

Thats what I was thinking. Naruto just needs to get a foothold at the beggining of the match and wear down Itachi's stamina.

Im glad people are seeing how close a match this is. The way I see it, Itachi has the advantage at the beggining but slowly loses that advantage as the match goes on.

Assuming he learned something from his previous encounters with itachi, naruto could take this hiqh difficulty. He would mostly rely on his sensing abilities to avoid itachis attacks, while keeping pressure on him with his clones or even summons. Since narutos frog kata is that dangerous, itachi would be forced to use ms techs for defence.

In the meantime ma+pa could prepare sound-genjutsu to finish him off.
