Not really. They are variations. Going by OP's logic, infact i even forgot to add FTG lvl2, contract seal, 4symbol seal. Concerning the red sun barrier? All he has to do is to create 3clones and that's it

Itachi was taught the Uchiha clan secret jutsus, Grand Fireball and Phoenix Flowers.

Itachi didn't train to learn Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, or Susanoo; they were given to him simply by having MS.

Izanami/Izanagi is a forbidden Uchiha clan jutsu that any Uchiha can do.
