Tobirama died long before Itachi and Sasuke and ever since he was brought back with Edo Tensei there hasnt been any mention of it. So how does he know about Blaze Release?

Because he is the only other Uchiha we know that Tobirama interacted extensively with that had a Mangekyou Sharingan who's specific specialties are unknown to us. So on a guess that's how he knows what the heck Enton is.

Tobirama is decades old and is part of a Clan that has been fighting the Uchiha his entire life up until the point that Madara and Hashirama decided to stop the fighting and join forces. This actually happens during one of their several fights where Tobirama kills Izuna.

Its safe to say that Tobirama has interacted with several Uchiha, and its safe to say that Madara and Izuna were not the only ones to gain MS. But I could be wrong..
