Kabuto is more versatile with his medical skills but Tsunade is by far superior when it comes to healing.

I'm in denial about it being Hashirama because he doesn't seem to deserve it and it makes Tsunade look pathetic.

Definitely Tsunade. Karin isn't very skilled like other Medical Ninjas cuz she gets exhausted quickly. And if Kabuto is better, then explain him failing to heal Oro arms that they went to Tsunade to heal them. That proves she is better.

Tsunade is the best at healing, Kabuto is the best at human experiments / body modification. Kabuto essentially combines Tsunade's skill with Orochimaru's motives. Karin merely has a unique KKG that can provide easy healing in a pinch, and Sakura is a watered-down Tsunade with less chakra.

Kabuto is second; Sakura might be better.
Karin is not even "skilled". She gets tired after a healing; and she doesn't show any showcase of knowledge on it. Meaning; she does not know how to deal with poisons, diseases, diagnosis, surgeries, autopsy etc.
