I don't understand why people compare Minato and Tobirama

2- I saw a thread talking about their speed now if it's base speed they're talking about fine, but their talking about their FTG's we saw Tobirama's FTG in action and I saw no difference between his and Minato's both fast as fawk. Both were able to mark Obito. Both are instant. _@:
