regarding this i dont think so. if that has worked for obito then why not for kakashi. What youre saying could be ok for rinnegan but not for the sharingan

What? I'm saying since Kakashi learned over "1000" jutsu did Obito also learn them? I mean it's the same eyes. and both base sharingan have the same techniques. I don't see why not

What does this prove exactly? He copied them during his anbu days most likely but that wouldn't stop Obito from gaining the techniques.
