He was able to overwhelm Sasuke in taijutsu; and i don't like going by databooks but Sasuke was a point lower than Itachi in taijutsu. Also; as far as i recall i dont think Sasuke made an attack or prowess in taijutsu enough to make him higher in such stat after that fight... Correct me if i am wrong.
