Name: Yorukyofu (Night Fear.....google translate -.-)

Normally when not activated, the user has normal eyes that simply hold a yellow iris. Upon activating the Kurokyofu with a altered Tiger Seal (similarly like how the Byakugan uses an altered Ram Seal I think) or just will power (more experienced users), they form into slits like a tiger/cat/panther/etc...


It's default ability is to grant the user the ability to see perfectly at night.

However upon making direct eye contact, the technique Isukumi (paralyzing terror) can be used. It causes paralysis to the enemy making him or her unable to move....frozen in whatever position he or she were during eye contact. Those with enough power and talent with the Dojutsu can alter the eye contact to instill extreme fear in a target, or go beyond freezing the opponent by stopping things like their lungs or other internal organs.

Though the flaw is that those of equal or greater power have a better chance of not being afflicted by the more advanced forms (possibly taking a temporary or momentary paralysis st best...though pending circumstance it could be all the time in the world). Additionally, those too weak can simply be broken out of it like a regular genjutsu.


Edit: Not too origional because of whom inspired it, but I tried to change it from being a direct copy. My inspiration was Jine from Ruroni Kenshin....he uses the Shi no Ippo technique to create hallucinogenic states on others or himself.

When its activated the dragon looks like it crashes into the eye (its all black)

It would cancel out any and all other dojutsu

the ability to create miniature suns to incenerate anything.
the ability to set a certain rule in asituation and force the opponent to follow it or else they die. (can't be used often)
The ability to transmute and transmigrate objects.
The ability to notice and see through genjutsu.
The ability to have pre cognition and retro cognition
The ability to master all elements. And use high level seals and break seals by looking at them.
