The two main characters are Naruto and Sasuke. Not Naruto and Bee or Naruto and Shikamaru or Naruto and Sakura.
Bee, Shikamaru, Sakura, Ino, etc are all fodder. They play no part in this war. Bee provides back up, Shikamaru provides his intelligence, and Sakura just heals. Killer Bee is a powerful character, but he plays no part in the plot.

In conclusion, Killer Bee won't be joining us for a while.
If you ask me, Killer Bee will be the one dealing the fatal blow to Obito and Madara.
He's one of those characters like Iruka who show up at the last moment.

I thought the series was called Zetsu. I also thought that Itachi was in 99% of the episodes. Also I thought the main character was Teuchi. If it wasn't for the Ramen Guy, Naruto would've died of starvation. I think Ramen Guy is main character, he almost killed Obito too if it wasn't for Shisui getting in his way. If only Sasori's poison didn't paralyze his right arm and left leg. I just wish Teuchi knew that Itachi had the rinnegan otherwise Nagato could've absorbed Sasuke's amaterasu and Kisame would've succeeded in capturing the 8 tails.

Honestly, on paper, Bee seemed to be the strongest good guy by far before Naruto got BM. His base strength overpowered the Raikage's Raiton no Yoroi enhanced strength. His already impressive speed in base is taken to another level with his V1 and V2 forms. He has the best and most unpredictable Taijutsu style in the manga thanks to sevem-sword style. He is immune to Genjutsu thanks to the Hachibi. He can absorb any ninjutsu with Samehada. He can casually nuke forests with the swing of his tails in Hachibi form.

Despite all this, he has been reduced to a cheerleader? Yeah, I agree, its disappointing.

Kishi made many characters irrevelant just for the sake of zombies and cheesy NaruSasu combined attacks honestly this arc is not even interesting.

How a jin being irrevelant and doing nothing is beyond me.

I think it's mainly to focus on those fighting Juubito and Hashirama vs. Madara. There is too many characters to focus on at once so he's probably just giving focus to the more relevant ones at the moment.

Well, Bee would be a great support for Naruto, Sasuke, Tobirama and Minato, right?

I agree, seems like Kishi can't really have many guys fighting at once, so most of them just stand there somewhere. It's a shame B got treated like this, not to mention he never got to really win a fight - had to escape from Sasuke (even if partly because he wanted a vacation), got defeated by Kisame, only helped a bit vs. Edo jins etc. I honestly expected Kishi to show more of him, especially since he's supposedly one of his favourite characters.
