he gained a portion of hashi's strength and became OP

I believe he may have a way to fully take hashi's power and the two combined I feel may be a challenge to Juubito

How would he do that? Madara himself cannot perform the Edo tensei. I doubt Tobirama could... I mean, a dead guy summoning dead guys? I guess we've seen weirder shit than that though. He'd have to get into contact with Orochimaru, but it wouldn't be much a trump card if he had to rely on others to get it.
