If Minato was able to restrain Naruto's use of kurama via seal techniques, then he takes this one every time. All it requires is for him to catch Naruto once and it's over if so.

Also people are making the BM time limit out to be as some major disadvantage. 8 minutes is plenty of time for Naruto to win you know, you're all talking as if he'd stand there and do nothing. He may not be the smartest but combat wise he pulls off some crazy, spontaneous combos. It's 50/50 I reckon. If Naruto lands a big hit within the BM time limit he wins, but if Minato manages to stay alive till after BM fades away, he takes the victory.
