Anime or Cartoons. Manga or Comics. The War

I really don't get why some people are looking down on cartoons/comics in favor of anime/manga. I can understand you prefer anime (I do too) but is that a reason to have a demeaning behavior towards cartoons/comics lovers ? smh.

Well anime is certainly better and generally more mature but some people are probably going to come up with some obnoxious and pretensious reason why, but as far as comics go beano solos

Generally speaking I see very little effort being put into the "story" aspect of comics and cartoons. Action, comedy, and animation tend to take the stage and the actual plot is somewhat forgotten.

Especially children's cartoons. They've gone downhill in a bad way. Personally I find manga and anime a better product. But oldschool shows like cybersix show just how good North American products can be when we give a shit.

Although Disney movies are just another level of animation and story. The renaissance will live on with me for a long time.

I don't agree. I'd rather read Spider-man/Batman than most manga out there. Both are great to me.

And to people saying manga is more mature, have you been reading comics ??

Nah Comics take to much i search a Hero who is stronger Hulk vs Whatever then comments be like WHAT hulk is it series ....... Hulk or Worldwar Hulk im like -_- there isnt just one hulk there is to much universes and different people making it should only be 1 dude

That's the best part of it. It's a whole universe. You can enjoy your favorite character in lot of different situations.
