i still don't think she can except she is able to stop zabuza from using hidden mist jutsu and that is impossible,silent killing is the problem even the sharingan becomes less useful against this technique.

I like Sakura but she can't beat Zabuza. Only because Zabuza is a bad match-up.

By the time Sakura even thinks about summoning Katsuyu she'll be sliced in half. Once she gets a little more feats with her Byakugo than she'll easily be able to beat him. But for now Zabuza is just a bad match-up.
