[EDIT] So I know I'm going a few chapters back,but I want to examine this in a more detailed perspective so here I go...
MADARA'S MOTHERF***IN TRUMP CARD!
Now I will bring up some more noticeable facts and try to reach an over-all conclusion to this research of mine.
So here we go!
First,let's examine at which point Madara states he has a trump card under his ownership.In page 18 of chapter 638,you can see
he says "Obito became like the Hermit of the Six Paths" and "He might anticipate me before I can use my trump card".Now let's ignore
the first quote and look at the SECOND quote a bit deeper. "He might anticipate me before I can use my trump card."
"He might anticipate..."
Anticipate can mean both "expect" and "outrun",so it's common sense that it means "outrun" in this context,because Obito is now
the Juubi's vessel and has stepped a bit further than Madara.So,in this case,Madara has mentioned the probability that states that
Obito might beat him in his own game.Ok,let's move on...
"...before I can use my trump card."
By this,he states that he can "use" and possibly "manipulate" a trump card of his own.And here comes the two big questions...
1.How did he obtain it?
2.Who or what is his trump card?
Well,to answer the first question,we have to look at Madara the same way everybody looks at him.As a god.
He has fought multiple times with Hashirama.He obtained a portion of his DNA.And he also managed to create clones
from the DNA of Hashirama.
Now that we are assured that Madara acts like someone who is powerful enough to face another man like him and has manage
to manipulate his essence into creating an army of evil clones,let's look at what he can do.
It is possible for him to find power beyond compare and manipulate it for his own personal gain.But after these two questions it seems a third one pops out:
3.How did Madara know Konoha will be enveloped in darkness?
How did Madara know he will be revived and wreck havoc upon Konoha?He didn't know about Obito at the time,so he didn't take advantage of him.He mentioned this upon his death in The Valley of The End in chapter 626.But nevermind that.Let's get back.This question will have a full thread on it so don't worry.
Madara could have the body of The Sage of Six Paths in his possesion,seeing the results of Obito becoming a Jinchuuriki.He might try to stop him with Rikudou Sennin and then proceed on with his destruction.Because we know that his true intentions weren't the same as Obito's.Many paths in the current point of the manga lead to this.And think about it,there is NO physical nor mental way of surpassing Obito without using a bigger force than his.Think about it.Even tough he isn't in control,he is still pretty powerful and will soon collide with the Juubi fully (that is once he gives up).And then what?To stop the Juubi is to get someone equal or greater than it.And that is Rikudou Sennin.
We answered the second question right now,I was planning to answer the first,but now we will do that.
So,a way for Madara to obtain Rikudou Sennin's corpse is currently uknown.Tough an Edo Tensei Resurrection might do the job.But I doubt it.Don't you need some sort of scroll or something to summon a God like Rikudou Sennin?I don't know.I guess the first question can't be fully answered,but I am sure that Obito can only be stopped by the god himself.The creator of all that existed.What do you think?
