Madara isn't control Kurama without the Mangekyō Sharingan...people are seeming to using Obito as an example when not knowing Obito still had the Mangekyō Sharingan at his command(such as using Kamui in 3 tome stage)...we have seen Itachi does the same....Itachi was able to use Susanoo without having any form of Sharingan design....of course Sasuke can't match Madara overwhelming Katon but there another way to counter such destructive power...we have seen Sasuke withstanding Katon by using his Cruse Mark wings and even go so far as to tanking huge explosions from Deidara's C2 Dragon( Shī Tsū Bakuretsu Hiryū)...and Sasuke still has the Yamata No Jutsu(Eight Branches Technique) on his side and seeing as how Manda isn't Restricted...the match ends in Sasuke's favor.​
