the reason is this, chakra and kai are the same thing (google it) therefore goku looses.

Goku likes to talk alot before fighting which means he is open to genjutsu, simple.

tsukuyomi. done. Didn't look at his eyes? finger genjustu. done.

Itachi is awesome, but even if Goku is trapped, he wouldn't get suffered and instead itachi gets suffered with his mangekyou, and he could just scream and he's out, or enter supersaiyan 1 which is a mega fullbody surge. his body is idd stronger than diamond, he is suuuupppeeer fast, narutoverse's speed is nothing compared to goku's speed. and don't forget, 1 kamehameha can destroy the world
