What I find funny is when someone sneaks up on someone, then they shout something before they attack whoever they're attacking. That's just the dumbest move ever.

Unfortunately yes it is true mostly on Dragon ball series,Goku shouts his attack before he launches it to the enemy,while he is at it he should tell his enemy to duck.
Apparently it makes the attack more powerful(IMO).

LOL makes sense why they shout it then. I find it incredibly stupid/annoying how they do shout it out, but it does help me by telling me what the attack is called.......

Lel, no. The reason they do so, is because if the person who was attacked, was killed by the tech, then he would know what killed them.
