I personally think that it would really be interesting if Mito passed the Kyubi to Tsunade instead of Kushina,

Yes Itachi would make a better Jin but there are planty of dis advantages ....
Itachi dnt need smthng like Bijju to improve his chakra reserves since all the Uchiha's are blesed with remarkable chakra...
1.Itachi's body can't handle it
2.Itachi can't pull Kyubi's chakra out of it
3.IF he thame Kyubi with Genjutsu inside of him usng MS ,Itachi wil get Blindness........

Itachi wil stil suffer probulems with MS and he can't control Kyubi with his wil like Naruto did......

No one beside Naruto can handle and overcome 9 Tails hatred....

so Naruto is the best Jin of Kyubi in Entire NV...........

Whos your character and why?

Minato is a pretty good choice, he hasn't really display the feats Naruto have but Naruto was taught all of that by Bee. Chakra arms, using Speed, making ttb rasengan. Hashirama would make a great choice, Kurama's chakra was full of lifeforce that reacted with Yamato's wood jutsu so imagine the powerup Hashirama's wood jutsu would be.

2nd person with high IQ I would like to see have a chakra boost is Shikamaru, Shikamaru weakness is his lack of fighting power so the speed power up, chakra arms, sensing ability would all help him fight better. I think he needs to work on taijutsus and ninjutsus.
