Gaara: Urge to protect the people he cares about will continue to drive him to become a more capable shinobi.

Darui: Is a talented beast. That's all.

Rock Lee: Has an incredible ninja way. Neji's death will furthermore drive him to become a greater shinobi. He absolutely will be stronger than Guy.

Chojuro: Is a Seven Swordsman. With his newfound confidence, he will achieve impressive feats.

Shikamaru: Carrying a white-hot Will of Fire, passed on by Asuma and Shikaku, he will become one of the greatest shinobi Konoha has ever had.

Shikamaru has Asuma's chakra blades which takes and copies the jutsu it is connected too, (so its kinda like sharingan)
