Why are you people hyping Sandaime's speed?
Because we have every reason to. He dodged multiple unpredictable chakra arm Rasenshuriken maneuvers, and it wasn't until the third attempt did it actually hit him. Naruto had just finished fighting the fastest person in the world, and he still praised and thought very highly of the third Raikage's speed.
Assuming his V1 is as fast as Ay's, he still isn't blitzing Jiraiya. Sasuke managed to avoid Ay's V1 attacks from a much smaller range.
Nobody said the Raikage will blitz at 100 meters - all I'm saying is that distance is easily covered.
Sasuke also has much better speed feats than Jiraiya does, and has the Sharingan to augment his reflexes. Jiraiya has no such thing. Sasuke speed and Sharingan precognition feats are not automatically applicable to Jiraiya.
Sandaime isn't covering 105 meters before Jiraiya summons Bunta. Yomi Numa requires 2 hand seals and can be used from on top of Bunta.
And what will Gamabunta do except serve as a short-lived meat shield [that will get sliced cleanly in two] to temporarily delay the Raikage? What are you expecting that Yomi Numa will do to a man covered in Raiton no Yoroi (unless you've forgetten that Raiton trumps Doton on the elemental wheel)?
No intel? It's known Raikages are fast and it's also known Sandaime had amazing strength, durability and stamina. Jiraiya doesn't need more. He hops on Bunta and kites Raikage until he can get Sage Mode.
Gamabunta won't last long, and even if he does, what will Jiraiya do whilst in Sage Mode? He still cannot physically tango with the Raikage, lacks any physical or ninjutsu techniques to harm him, and has absolutely nowhere to hide (given the very open location) to prepare Frog Song.
It's also funny because even if Frog Song somehow succeeds, what will Jiraiya do to the Raikage once he immobilizes him? Stab him with a sword? It took the strongest piercing technique in the manga to penetrate the third Raikage's skin, and nothing Jiraiya has in his arsenal measures up to that.
Raikage literally cannot hit Jiraiya once Bunta is out.
Are you suggesting that Gamabunta is faster than the third Raikage? Or perhaps you're suggesting that the Raikage's finger nukite is not enough to chop Gamabunta in half when he managed to mutilate the likes of the Hachibi's tails (even Chidori spear, which is weaker than the normal Chidori, managed to do that)?
The man fought the second strongest Bijuu to a standstill, while Gamabunta struggled to tango with the weakest Bijuu. I'm not sure where you're getting this idea that Gamabunta will be able to accomplish glorious feats against the likes of the third Raikage.
