IMHO tobirama is a more varied version of Minato, with more chakra reserves, I honestly think at this point it's too early to say which is the stronger of the two.

He can use the paper bomb technique with any Edo body, not just himself. If he used Edo Tensei and summoned two fodders, he could make them explode infinitely with the paper bomb jutsu.

Any s/t user can counter such a jutsu he can simply disappear from that place ,it is already proved that the user of FTG can decide wether to teleport along with those attachment's or not.......!

Actually battle b/w ppl like Tobi and Minato wil end simply 5-10 jutsu(or Maximum with in 2-5 hours )...the one who strikes faster than other can win the fight so chakra pool isn't a big probulem................

there are WAY too many variables at play for you to say that, you've no idea how a battle between the two could go, but I could say with great certainty that between his shadow clones, ftg, and higher reserves, that Minato would not be able to end a battle with tobirama in 5 to 10 moves.

Kakashi can beat 3 tom Itachi...Itachi won against Kakashi bcoz Kakashi is Itachi's MS is superiour than 3 tom Sharingan careless since he thought that he can counter Itachi's genjutsu it is not bcoz of Itachi's chakra, now Kakashi can counter Tsukiyomi with his MS and Itachi can't counter Kumui.....this is all comng from a Itachi fan.....

Also saying Minato is an outright superior version of tobirama is a lie, tobirama has shown better sensory feats and is considered a master of water type nature release, he's superior to him in only 1 aspect, which is speed, tobirama is either equal to or downright better than Minato in most other aspects from what has been shown.

It is already proved in Manga that no of Jutsu's can't make u winner.......

It is already proved more than one time in Manga

u can decide one's strength based on wether his abilities had advantage over his enmy or not.......

Hashirama's strongest Jutsu is Budha but he can't kill or beat some one like Obito or Minato with Budha, isn't it...?

Onoki's Jinton can distroy Susanoo but it can't kill Obito,isn't it...?

I guess so, but I seriously doubt it, I can't see a fresh Tobirama getting dropped so quickly in a fight, although that possibility does exist, it's so marginal it's not even worth mentioning.
