Well the Sage said that they will have new names and forms, basically in context they will be reborn/recreated.

I'm not sure. I don't think he really needs the full Juubi for him to recreate the Bijuus. The Bijuus gave part of their chakra to Naruto. I think to recreate the Juubi he'll need to mix all the Bijuu chakra he got, with nature energy and breathe life to it. With this, Sage mode would still be relevant.
