okay, so tobirama is way above kakashi's level as the manga has shown contrary to our opinions before the recent chapters.
minato was rated among top 10 strongest simply because of his ftg, now we know the origin of that awesomeness-tobirama

although he stated that minato is better at using it than he is, the diffence proficiency isn't all too far apart, so with that and his edo tensei tech i'd say tobirama has moved up the chart above the following characters.

oonoki
ei
2nd tsuchikage and mizukage
hiruzen (for now)
tsunade
sasuke
naruto
all akatsuki members aside pain and tobi and probablly itachi(itachi is not certain because tobirama being a senju has so much experience in battles against the uchiha than itachi could ever imagine)
jiraiya

He's not stronger than Sasuke, Naruto, Nagato, Itachi, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Obito so far. He just did what was obvious, risking more since he's an edo. But I feel he will get stronger.

So you are referring to an MS Sasuke w/ a Ribcage Susanoo vs Ay and an MS Sasuke with a level 3 Susanoo when I am talking about Current EMS Sasuke?
