Can Tobirama teleport with and without seals?

I just picked up a few things from re-reading this manga chapter..lol

In the first panel Tobirama teleports to Minato, Sasuke and Naruto and grabs the bijuu bomb from them, even though he didn't have a seal on any of them, and then teleports to Obito (well he had placed a seal on Obito) and the TELEPORTS

Now some people might claim that the first part wasn't teleporting and he used shunshin to get Minato and the others, BUT after he touches Obito, he teleported again.. And it wasn't shown that he had placed a seal somewhere random in the battlefield

So can Tobirama teleport with and without seals?

We don't know how many ground he covered while getting there.He didn't teleport he used his shunshin to get there.

For all we know he could've approaching them since last chapter and finally jumped in to counter attack.

That was his clone the real Tobirama just jumped in after.

Yes i see it now but don't call me an idiot ****ing moron.Anyway, he could've teleported by placing a seal else where like Minato's done many times before if he could teleport without seals then it would've been shown in that same chapter.

They're proofing that Tobirama used a clone. If he didn't his body would have been F'ked up when they showed him again with Minato.

and after that both Minato and Tobirama jump in together to Pawn Obito

Do you even know how St jutsu works? the only St jutsu that doesn't need a tag in another location is Kamui any other St jutsu needs to have a seal on there destination.Tobirama clearly placed a seal somewhere it could've been placed on the ground heck it could be anywhere.

well it wasn't shown, and it wasn't shown in d battle against Izuna either, hence the question...

And don't say ''clearly'' as if there's proof to back it up

You still don't get it. After the clone grab the bijuu bomb, he teleports to obito, grabs Obitos left shoulder and teleports again.
Op: great observation I'm guessing he did the same thing Minato did with the first bijuu bomb, planted some random tag away from the battle. Next week hopefully we see Hiruzen( The Professor) come up with the master plan, after studying Obitos tactics. Or do something awesome. Plus tobirama need to some water jutsu damn it
