I am neutral towards all naruto characters, except for Nagato, Minato and Hiruzen. Its not like Hunter X Hunter where i actually feel something for the characters, there is something special and unique about that manga that makes all the villain characters actually scary, and makes Gon's and Killua's friendship make Naruto's and Sasuke's look like crap.
