. So basically kishi is saying that hiruzen at 59 would have beaten oro, maybe not killed but he wouldnt have to have used RDS.

Well edo or not doesnt change the outcome of the match, & oro cant have edo tensei while knowing that hashi will break free, it makes no sense.
