*stops writing in it,lays it on my dresse then changes into workout clothes and heads to the fitness room and starts to workout on the treadmill*

*yawns* hmm.. *walks in fitness room and starts lifting weights*

*hops on the sides of the treadmill puts my headphones in and starts listening to music...then starts back running*

Jack walks through the manor, feeling cocky. He walks with swagger.

*finishes workout and leaves* Hmm
