kcm minato why kishi?

There have been a few chapters now since kishi gave minato kcm yet he has done nothing with it. Everything minato is doing now he could do without it. This leaves me to think why did kishi even bother give him the power if he is not going to do anything new with it. He does not even use chakra arm or anything, just a big glowing minato:nuts:

Maybe to give Minato a "power-up" to compete with the other Hokage.

Kishi will let us see his rasenshriki attack blah blah lol....and HE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THE RATIOS CORRECTly TO TURN A RASENGAN INTO A TBB....maybe he will combine those two attacks lol jk... (would be badass though)

Truthfully nobody should make a thread trying to make a character better than they are, it never goes well and makes the characters fan base look bad as a whole (looking at you Itachi...)
