clear bias between amaterasu and kamui

Can i please ask why when kakashi uses it for the first time against deidara, clearly showcasing his inexperience and lack of speed with the technique and efficiency this is emphaized all the time

yet when sasuke uses it against killer bee and killer bee puts a tentacle to block, all of a sudden amaterasu can blocked by anyone who is high tier

did we all forget sasuke was just as inexperienced at using amaterasu as kakashi was with kamui against deidara

did we all notice what happened when kakashi got experienced with it??

so why isnt the same true for sasuke or itachi

clearly itachi was quite alot better at using amaterasu than MS sasuke was, because he had quite alot more experience with the technique.

the same way minato can do rasengan alot quicker than say base naruto can

so my question to you all is why use all the plot kyuuubi chakra feats of kamui and emphasize all the bad feats of amatersu
despite the fact that when amaterasu is used by an experienced itachi :

it burns through fire in a panel, burns through jiraiya toad stomach, burns sasuke in half in a panel

fact is kamui used by kakashi was massively impressive because of kyuubi chakra, give sasuke or itachi that chakra and they would conjure up bijuu sized amaterasu. The bigger the amaterasu the less it has to spread therefore the quicker the enemy turns to dust

kakashi by himself still took a lot of time to mold the chakra to form a barrier big enough to take out gedo mazo head, also note his kamui was casually blocked by obito because it really wasnt as quick as it could be due to the size of the barrier

the bigger the object to be taken out the slower kamui is

Kamui actually had a lot more practical use.

At the very least, it basically incapacitated Deidara, who was an S-Rank criminal.

WHO has Amaterasu killed?

Killer Bee used it as a joke to get away from the village. Nobody can even say that Sasuke won that battle because if he did, the war needn't have happened because all it would have taken would be to capture the Kyuubi.

Sasuke used Oral Rebirth when Itachi hit him with it.

Even a fodder samurai survived it.

Tobi must've phased through Itachi's transcript seal that was used on Sasuke.

So.... WHERE has Amaterasu killed anybody? Or even incapacitated them?

Kamui solos as soon as it hits and it's instant so from what I know, unlike Amateratsu

Amatserasu is fast not instant,high tier shinobi have been able to dodge,block or counter in one way or another. Kamui isvery deadly,you cant block it or counter without having an ST jutsu. Only way is to block line of sight

- Deadlier

- Can be used defensively better

- Can be used on yourself

- It gives you your own dimension to chill in

- Does not blind you

There is no defense against Kamui so far. While Amaterasu can be blocked by some means easily. So Kamui > AMaterasu in practical use. Amaterasu can give a sudden shock to the opppnent but the strong opponent can manage against Amaterasu while Kamui os 1 shot with nodefense against it.

Of-course against Large objects, Kamui takes time but against a shinobi, its quick.

One thing you are missing is amaterasu can be blocked while kamui can only be avoided regardless of how much chakra the amaterasu user has. So kamui>>amaterasu.
