Obviously he's stalling him for his Trump Card, but is it because he is waiting for Obito 2 become fatigue or weakened or what..

I don't think it has anything to do with hashi ..afterall madara planned everything from the very beginning and hashi wasn't in the plan

I think his Trump Card involves Trollbito, as B said he's still not in his final form (I know it was chapters ago, but still)
I feel if Trollbito has another form it would be in Madara's plan.

Or he just wants to anger Hashi, he loves it when he's mad...

If he wanted Obito to wear out, wouldn't he let Hashirama fight Obito?

I think he is either waiting for Obito to gain the Kyuubi chakra or maybe he is summoning something that takes time. Maybe hashirama is involved because his initial plan was to use the black rods embedded in obito to revive himself but he didn't look so worried when it failed, maybe cuz Hashi was already there.
