How so...?

he has ems. that is besically wha every person says when in an argument dealing with sasuke. so far, we havnt seen him do anything special regarding it. All it does is make it so that you can spam jutsu's and not go blind. other than that, his sasunoo is the weakest out of all we have seen, his tactical skills are good but not as good as itachi or madara (getting the rinnegan) and he is par with a weapon.

im not saying that sasuke sucks but i am saying that out of all the uchiha we have seen (izuna, madara, itachi) he is the weakest. he is probably one of the few people who have ms to say the least but he isnt anything special.

Oh I see what you mean. But saying he's slightly above average, in terms of the entire clan, isn't right. Compared to Madara and Obito he looks fodder yeah, but Sasuke could probably solo the rest of the clan, considering they're fodders who only have 3 tomoe Sharingan. Remember MS is rare, so anyone with it is considered substantially above average in regards to the clan as a whole.
