Did Madara fight Onoki & Muu?

Pre-death, did Madara fight Onoki and Muu? It's implied in the manga they fought but in the anime, Madara just walks away from Muu and Onoki.

that part in the anime is in the manga also. the part where they fight is later on - maybe 3 more eps when madara puts them to sleep.
