I know some of you might say tobirama already admited minato been faster, but people in the manga say emotional crap all the time

I mean, i had to read the chapter again to comprehend that while minato was contenplating a reaction, tobirama from a distance had already jumped, showing greater feats of thinking and reacting, well its just my opinion tho

Minato faster than tobirama is very very debatable

I'm not sure about the word "fast". They're both teleporters. Perhaps "Who's more agile" is the right question. But Base speed It's Minato from what we've seen.

I think their FTG is the same, however Minato's is a lot more effective bcoz of the Kunais
