Ah ok thank you, btw 323 doesn't seem to me mediocre, I think that the facial expressions are way better than usual. Check episode 321 for instance.

Now that the episode is out I'd say it was even worse than I expected. Below average.

But 324 looks great.

It takes around 8 weeks to make one episode. That means they have to use a rotation of at least 8 different teams, one team can't do everything.

Aside from that, it would also be too expensive to make every episode high quality in a series with 500+ episodes. That only happens in short anime.
