I've been bored waiting for the new Naruto Shippuuden episode to be released and I decided to write one interesting theory that came up to my mind.
We all know that Orochimaru's body is made almost completely by Hashirama cells, therefore he's full with Senju DNA. I've been thinking, what if the Curse Mark is somehow related to the cells of the Senju clan?
First, about Juugo. He's from an unknown (yet) clan, that have the ability to use Sage Mode. And what's the Sage Mode? Curse Mark! With other words, we know that his clan calls its Sage Mode Curse Mark Transformation, and this Sage Mode is capable of healing people, just like Juugo did with Sasuke when they fought Killer Bee, because Sasuke's body is adapted to the Curse Mark. We know that Hashirama Senju had the ability to use Instant Regeneration and Wood Sage Mode, so it can be related somehow, because Orochimaru (with Senju body) gave the Curse Mark to Juugo, giving him the ability to use Curse Mark (Sage) Transformation.
Now, to the next part. I already said that Sasuke is adapted to the Curse Mark, because he had one for 3 years and was able to control it's power perfectly. I'm not willing to think that Orochimaru didn't had the Senju DNA when he gave Sasuke the Curse Mark, because of the following reasons:
It's well known that one needs both Uchiha and Senju DNA to unlock the Rinnegan, and since Sasuke is an Uchiha, the first rule is met. The second - for the Senju DNA. It's possible that he have some Senju DNA thanks to the Curse Mark, so in the near future, it won't be impossible for him to unlock the Rinnegan. Both him and Naruto need power-up to fight Obito, and if Sasuke's power-up isn't Perfect Susanoo, then it will probably be Rinnegan. Your thoughts?

he was captured in Itachi's Totsuka Blade for the bigger part of Part 2.
