This seal particularly is similar to tsunade when she was going to counter ps.

I don't know what it may be. But she will definitely be showing something new. And before any of you guys say she was healing no. When she is healing her hair is moving because of the chakra she is transmitting. Also sakura have her eyes close concentrating.

I like it, but it think i hair moving part was to show her remotely healing people through Katsuyu, because she was making some sort of psychic link with her. But it could also mean a sage mode, her hand sign does appear to be in a clapping motion this recent chapter, the thumbs give it away.
